As it is often said, "All great projects have extraordinary clients."

The project came with a visionary client. They envisioned a spacious farmhouse with modern design aesthetic coupled with contemporary materials. To achieve this, we went with clean and bold geometries, and a mix of concrete and exposed brickwork.

The site offered significant challenges as well as opportunities. The biggest challenge was the form and dimensions of the site. Site was long and narrow which was a key hurdle in accommodating all the requirements of the client in a hassle free and well organized manner. This issue was tackled by placing an open staircase in the middle which also acted as an extension of an interior atrium / courtyard.

The corner position of the site allowed us to fill the house with ample sunlight during the, even in the deepest corners.
